Founded in Wichita, Kansas, Toto Homes purchases residential and commercial real estate in the surrounding area. Toto Homes buys property as is and renovates the property if necessary, so sellers may avoid costly renovations preparing their property for sale.

Toto Homes founder Brian Brundage entered the real estate business to help home owners in dire financial and personal distress.

Toto Homes helps Wichita home owners liquidate assets quickly and for more money than the competition. Most of our competitors purchase property to sell immediately, thus they have to make a large sum of money up front. Brian has created a system to put buyers into these properties with options to rent, rent-to-own, purchase on contract for deed or owner carry.
